delegate criteria

University of Bradford Sustainable Enterprise Centre, Base Leeds

Base Leeds City Region is free to key individuals. These are senior public sector officers and decision-making members of businesses who we consider to be core to the event because they come to the table with a position of influence in terms of making Leeds City Region's low-carbon built environment happen.

This includes people working in senior management in local and central government and utilities, developers, investors, house-builders, housing associations, engineers, architects, main contractors, accountants and lawyers in relevant bodies and property owners. Applications for free places will be considered individually according to job criteria.

Free delegate places are also allocated to exhibitors and sponsors as part of their package, together with speakers and journalists.

Delegates whose roles do not fulfill the criteria for free entry to the event will be charged a flat rate of £200 +VAT. We consider this is low enough to make the event affordable for everyone who is interested but does not qualify for free entry.
